Help - Photo Card Orders but No Customize Request

Recently I received a couple of emails informing me of two separate orders for photo cards. But I never received any customer request for customize help with placement of their photo in the window. The card displays with a  photo sample in the window and the sample has text all over it saying "Your Photo Here". I also have text below the card in the Artists Notes area telling them to contact me to add their photo for them. I am concerned that they are ordering the card because they like the photo in the window as well as the card design and maybe don't notice the text all over it. Nothing I can do at this point, but thought I should mention my concern here.

Hi Jackie,
 
We've reached out to the customer.  They were able to order the cards through a glitch in the site.  We will follow up with you via email once we've heard back from the customer.  Sorry for the confusion.

edit... I forgot to mention that there were two separate orders for this card design and it may have been two different customers placing it. The orders were one day apart.

I think one of the orders may have been from us here at GCU as we were testing to see if the card could be purchased.  You may have also had another order for this card today which was a GCU test as well.
