Discrepancy between store report & Earnings

Just noticed a $1.68 difference between what's on my store report (for july1 -now) as cards sold/total fees and my pending fees in My Earning & Payments report. Glitch? Or did I sell 3 cards that aren't showing up on any reports anywhere but accept as pending under Earnings & Payment?

Just checked using Safari & Firefox so that's not it.

This gives you a seller commission if someones comes to the site via that link, and buys something. The commission is shown on your list of earnings - the artist commission will be 0 and the seller commision should be shown.

Marion beat me to it...I was thinking the same thing and the cards won't show in your Cards Sold section, but will show up on the bottom of the Earnings and Payments page if it was a card from the Sell this Card option. Though you should have received emails on these sales just as you would your own sales.

Its a thought though.

Thought it might be 1 of GCU's affiliates and something was glitchy with the e-mail sales reports for that site. Hope it's not just an error.

We must be missing a link somewhere, Wink

it seems some kind of adjustment might occur between the last quarter payment and this one.

My last quarter payment was .56c below what my earnings and payment final tally showed. For the period July 1st to today I am ahead .56c on my earnings and payment total than what I show on my store report.

I wonder if a sale at the very end of a quarter may take a couple of days 'to clear'? Thus it gets counted on the next quarter earnings. Huh

Just to add to this: I had sent an email to Mindy at the end of the last quarter because my earnings report shows that I received a payment for 56 cents more than the actual check (#7004.)

I believe this happened because I did have a sale right at the last minute of the quarter.

I wanted to mention this, originally, because I thought that this discrepancy might create bookkeeping problems later on.

So, just adding my info to the mix.

The descrepancy increases now there's a $3.36 difference between my store report and my pending amount. This is for third quarter. Only a few days ago it was just a $1.68 difference with no corresponding card sales to account for this.

Also noticed and perhaps this is the source of the glitch: On July 6, I made a sale on Birthday-Reminders.com for: Daffodil Sympathy, BR PID#75267 (GCU PID#83596). The other day, when I 1st noticed the descrepancy it showed I had sold 2 Daffodil cards thru B'dayReminder, today when I look it now says I sold 3 of them that day fr B'dayReminder. I Just checked my original "You've made a sale" e-mail and it was for 1 card only. So either the 2 extra card sales didn't show on the store report or generate sales e-mails or they're phantom sales.

However I should point out that the store report is tallying in the extra daffodil card sales (real or not) and there is no explanation for the extra $3.36 in pending or why the amount is growing. Unless it's a glitch or I'm making commissions and it's just not showing anywhere accept in pending.

Also just compared my store report/pending amount for 2nd quarter and the figure on both is the same so it's not an adjustment problem with my store.

After reviewing this issue we found that some orders that came from Birthday-Reminders.com were duplicated on your earnings reports. This is why in some instances your earnings report will show that you are owed more than your pending balance or your pending payment.

We will be removing the duplicate orders from your earnings report, and once we do this your Earnings & Payments Summary, Payments History and Earnings History should all match.

If you have any questions please let me know. I'll follow up once we've removed the duplicate orders.
