Hi Donna,
You will have to ask the card review team to do that unfortunately Sad.

I would send them an email at cardreview@greetingcarduniverse.com and hopefully they will get to it quickly.

Hope that helps,
Pamela

HELP!!

Or another option is to delete them, which will remove them from private and recreate for the marketplace.  That is usually a quicker solution.  Just a thought.

thanks for the information to recreate... I'm really upset that I probably lost out on at least having my newest cards seen due to this error  cry   days later and it still hasn't been fixed and I did email after making the necessary corrections requested by the reviewers.  There should be a fast track added to resubmitted cards - this is truly awful!  I shouldn't have to have people taking their sweet time reviewing after corrections are make to otherwise accepted cards... sigh... I make so few sales as is...

Hi Donna, my apologies for not seeing your cry for help here on the forum sooner.

I see these comments on your 3 cards approved as Private:
This card has been approved for your private gallery because of the customer request but this card needs System Administrator Appreciation Day text on the inner verse to qualify for this category. Please send us an e-mail when you've adjusted the inner verse and we'll change it to public. Thanks!

Did you send an email to the review team when your edits were complete?

The reviewers intent to approve for private was for you to avoid any delays in returning for edits.

I DID make this change... please look at the inside verse on the card...

and YES I did email the review team right after the changes to all three cards was made...

I JUST got a return note apologizing for the oversight but the cards are still showing as private and I really don't understand.  I made the requested change right away and even now they are still showing as private.

From the reviewer - Based on our review process your card has been: No Status Change - see comments.  Please Note: moved public per your edits, thank you and sorry we did not receive your notification that your edits had been made. Sad "

is there a way to put a fast track on re-approval for such cards?  It's been FOUR days since I made this change for something posted on this forum to be made on customer request.  I know people are probably overwhelmed and there are tons of cards being made and I'm sorry to rant - but I make so few sales here that it's most frustrating to try to hurry to make something you post that a customer is looking for and to have this delay could have cost me from at least even being seen as an option...

Please check again, we think the issue has been resolved and you'll find them in your public gallery.  Our apologies for the delay.

As an FYI...the original request post was made on 6/16.  We contact the requesting shopper at the same time that we post on the forum and set their expectation that new cards for their consideration will be available within 48 hours.  Your cards were submitted on 6/24.  So although cards after the 48 hour period are encouraged it is likely that the shopper has already viewed the collection so your best chances to be seen by the requesting shopper are to submit your cards within 48 hours of the forum post.

In any case, the delay of your cards should not have happened.  Please accept my apologies.  embarrassed

RE: FastTrack, no we do not permit this flag to be set after the original card submission.
