Thank you for your reply. I'm guessing that you didn't see this question from me when I posted it back in December.

I feel a little disappointed in that so many of my cards were returned for edits, while at the same time other artists here were allowed to keep the "tabu" phrases on their cards, and in fact, there are still cards with those terms on the site today, when I just checked.

This is nothing against any other artist, but if these terms are trademarked and using them is infringement, then it seems that is everyone who has cards using these phrases should be asked to remove those phrases, as an issue of fairness and for the protection of Big Dates/GCU.

Edited to add: I just realized that your original post, alerting us to remove those terms, was over 2 years ago!

Hi Penny,
I agree, we all need to play by the rules. At the time of the original posting we did not yet have the Returned for Edits nor Resubmit functions so we sent notifications and had to trust the edits were being made. Some artists complied (thank you!

) and others did not Sad

.

Someone at the office is identifying those cards on the site with infringing terms and returning them for edits.
