Good Morning Shaun,
I am in need of your help for order 296779 placed on 5/4 with a scheduled ship date of 5/5.  This order is still showing queued.  I was totally surprised when this order did not show up last week, as I have placed many orders and they have always shown up regular as clockwork.  I would appreciate your looking into what is going on with this order, as I am in need of one of the cards this week for my daughter's birthday.

I'm checking with the fulfillment company on this and will follow up to let you know as soon as I hear back.  There was a delay last week in marking orders as shipped in their system.

Shaun,
I appreciate your looking into this.  I just went to the mail and got excited when I saw an envelope from GCU.  I was sure it was my cards.  Unfortunately, it was order 296084 from 5/1 that I had already received.  Yes, I got this order (one card) twice now and am still waiting on the one I asked about.  It seems that something is amiss.

Hi Kathy,
We were able to get to the bottom of this and it turns out that this order was not shipped out due to an error on the part of our print partner.  The order will be in the mail tomorrow morning with overnight shipping so you will receive the cards Wednesday morning.  
 
I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  If it's now to late for you to use these cards let me know and I can either issue a refund for the order (it will still be shipped out) or add card credits to your GCU account.  
 
This does appear to be an isolated issue so it should not affect other orders.

Hi Shaun,
Thank you for getting back with me on my order.  If I receive the cards Wednesday morning, I will get my daughter's card in time for her birthday.  I am glad to hear it is an isolated incident.  Thanks again for taking care of this.
