There seems to be a problem with some of the card rating boxes.  They come up sometimes with the stars for rating and sometimes with just a comment box, no rating stars.  When I tried to review/rate Brenda's card #305447, there were no stars in rating box.  I'm assuming the little star under the card with "rate this card" is also a review.  Is that correct?  Are rating and review the same?
