Card Not Appearing in My Private Shop

Hi, I created 4 cards for a custom order, one of them is not showing up in my shop.
 
PID 618753 not showing up (Best Friend card)  
 
I then made another one in the hopes that it would show up, but it's not...

There maybe a glitch others have had the same problem recently, see here.

When this same thing happened to me recently, somehow I was able to "force" the delinquent card to appear by clicking on "sort by newest" and informing the customer to do the same.
