I don't know what happened, but a customer email to put in a custom photo card order. He was confused and did not know how to upload an image. I told him to email it to me.
 
He did and I put together his order. Before I was done, I got notification of a sale.... it is the UNCUSTOMIZED card.
 
This customer will be ordering this same card but its ID will be: 616179  
 
 
Please do not ship or charge for the following:

Hi Lisa,
Don't worry, since orders don't get sent until the end of the day we can catch this one and make things right for your shopper.
 
Have you communicated w/ the shopper re: this incorrect purchase?   Please communicate to him that he needs to purchase the new card you've made for him (it is stunning by the way!).

Thank you so much Mindy.
 
I don't think that he even realizes the error. He has not said anything. I don't think he has even had a chance to review the new version.
 
When I sent him the link to the new version, I told him he could then order the number of cards he would like.
 
I think I will email the customer and let him know that the original purchase has been canceled and we look forward to him ordering the customized version.

We have canceled the incorrect order and will stop/refund payment.

Ah Mindy, you are good. I just got the confirmation email of the canceled order.
 
I have emailed my customer as well.
