help re Nurse Cards

Hello,
I created cards for Nurses day 609102 and 609105. They were bounced back by reviewer as I had put in keywords RN and LPN... types of nurse degrees. I sent back a request that they be re reviewed or that subcatagories be designed... My understanding is keywords are how customers find our
cards and the search is defined - I have not heard anything back so am posting here. I feel that anything helps customers find our cards helps sales...

Hi Michelle,
I would think this is an oversight on the part of the reviewers since those keywords are used on other cards in the category. If you have contacted the card review team by email I am sure someone will get back to you soon and correct it.

On a side note the cards are a little late for this year but I can tell you from my own experience that a year goes by quickly and it's nice when you realize you have cards already when these holidays come up.
