Nurses Cards and Review

Hi - I made several nurses cards - I added in keywords, RN, LPN etc....
the review sent back a note asking me to remove - I sent back a request to re review as these are types of nurses ( I have a few in my family) My understanding is that keywords are to help customers find our cards. So I would request that they be accepted or sub catagories be designed.
Designs in question 609102 and 609105.
