cards being held

Can someone please tell me once your cards have been put in held position how long is it before they are revisited.I have sent replies to the the email message three times. I ask because i have been waiting now since the 13th april for mine to be revisited or for a reply to my email.
I visit everyday in the hope i get some sort of reply, it will soon be fathers day and my cards are caught in the held position.

I sure hope someone can help me with this im getting very fustrated waiting.

If so once you have edited the card just hit the resubmit button and it will go on a fast track re submitted list. Also I think there will be a bit of a back log as people try to get last minuet Mother’s Day cads approved.

This is the email i got

Based on our review process, your card has been Returned for Edits. Please resubmit your card after correcting the following issues:

Please Note: Your design elements which are of poor quality appear to have been scanned or photographed The images also have poor quality appearance to due visible edges from either shadowing or curling. Are these stickers? Please confirm these original designs are your creative works.
We have put your pending cards on hold till we hear from you. Thanks for your patience.

so i replied on the tuesday straight away and then again on the friday see below
I have replied to this email on the 12th can you please tell me how long you will take to release my designs

I have now been waiting a week for my designs to be released from being on held. I have found this very unfair can someone please respond. The email below was the last I heard on the matter but this is holding up other designs as I have got father’s day cards included in the designs being held.

Hi Samantha,

I can certainly understand your frustration. I'm wondering the same thing Sandra is, did you make changes to the images? If they are considered poor quality, you have to fix that and if they think your designs are not original, you'll have to prove they are...so have you done those things? It is unlike GCU to not release resubmitted cards that have been fixed as requested.

I hope Mindy gets back to you soon.
