Not understanding directions to resubmit my card
Apr 20th, 2010, 1:02pm

I just received an e-mail saying that I needed to resubmit my card product no.608473.
The instructions are as follows:

"Please Note: Please replace Recovery Birthday - Age Specific - other WITH Other. Thanks"

However, I really don't understand.  When I go to the category section and click on 12-step Recovery, I then see recovery anniversary, recovery birthday, etc.  so I click on recovery birthday and the click on Age Specific.  If I click ADD at that point I am directed to be more specific and choose a sub-category...so I chose Other, because this is a 30 day card and 30 days is not listed.  Okay, so now is everyone confused with my explanation?  Yikes, Please help...I did resubmit my card, but I'm afraid it may still be wrong.  HELP, HELP, HELP!!!! THANKS SO MUCH.

Hi Noemi,

This confusion happens to all of us occasionally.  Your best route is to reply to the resubmit email and put your explanation there, letting the reviewer know you either can't place it where they are asking or that you don't understand where they wish you to place it.  You will get a quicker response working directly with the reviewer.

Hope that helps!

At first it looked like where you had it, was for age > in years, not months.
But...I did search and there is a One Month card there.

As compared to...where they want you to put it...there is only a recovery birthday with no specific date.

I agree with Noemi...ask the reviewer..maybe an over-site on their part..
