How do you post cards in your store?
Apr 13th, 2010, 11:24am

I'm new here... I can't figure out how to post the cards in one's store?  I just finished two designs and before I go further, thought I would click my store link... but nothin', nada' zip?

Do they take time before they post?

THanks for your help,
C

Hi C.

Yes. A process involved.   After you upload it, it waits for approval then it posts to your store front.   Ck out the GCU wiki, 101,  blog etc. for much more info you will want to read.

Welcome to GCU too!   Smiley

The Reviewers take a little while depending on the demand. Don't be offended if you need to re-submit, it's how I learned a few things! and read their comments once approved, they are helpful. Good luck, and have fun.  Smiley

This maybe too basic -but when I 1st joined it took me a while to realize that after I uploaded my designs I had to go and "Create a Card" and make it into a GCU card. Once you've done that your card should appear under your Manage Cards with "submitted/pending" status while it waits be ok'd.

Anyway have fun and you'll be up to speed in no time.

Uhm.  I'm reading and listening and it's been about 6 hours since I posted and haven't seen the cards.  It may only come up as one card... I'll review the wiki' Card Universe thing again... but still doing much head scratching before really getting going full throttle!

Sit very tight..  It can be a few hrs all the way to a few weeks.   They go in an order and logic they have here.  Best suggestion I can give you is to not think about it much and keep making cards to post.  Also.   If your catagories-various exact things are off it will get sent back to you for correction and re-submission.   Read those links & save yourself much guess work and such..   You'll get usta it here.   Not instant like Zazzle or the Bubble etc.    Soon enough your store will start filling up..  Keep on card-ing!   Smiley

I see two in the queue:
596041 - Returned for Edits on 3/23.  Look in your Manage Cards for instructions (a typo) on this card and the link to use to Resubmit after your edits.

607248 - is Pending as it was submitted 4/12.

Again, suggest you read the wiki before you go full throttle but certainly feel free to ask questions.

CUTE designs Smiley  looking forward to seeing them sell, sell, sell ...
