Sales Notification Email Missing? (Read 813 times)

Sales Notification Email Missing?

Greetings!

Though I haven't received any email notifications today, when I checked my store report, I see that I've (happily) had some sales. Just wondering if there is a glitch with the sales notification emails? Anyone else have the same experience today?

Also, in checking on my card stats, I see that I have a "1" in the returned for edits section. Not sure which card this is, a quick glance doesn't show anything in the manage cards section. Thoughts about this?

It was an old card that had a typo just discovered by the review team. So, thanks reviewers!

I must have an email glitch, because I didn't get the resubmit either. Hmmm....

Hi, Shaun,

Thanks for following up on this. They did not show up. And I didn't get any notifications for today either, but had sales.

If you would resend them, that would be great. I may just be having some sort of email glitch, though I do seem to be getting all of my usual emails. I'll check into it.

Reply #5 - Apr 8^th, 2010, 7:02pm Hello, Shaun, The problem is on my side...my mailbox was full for the email account that I use for GCU. So sad for myself. Anyway, the mailbox has been emptied. I'm not sure if you can resend, or not, hopefully the bounces didn't cause too much of a problem. Thanks for your help! Penny
