No commission on sale

I made a sale on BigDates yesterday (Product Id: 216955).  I never received notification of the sale and when I checked the Cards Solds stats it shows the commission as $0.00. I'm not sure what's going on. Could someone please help shed some light. Thanks.

This was a reorder for a card that was purchased on February 23rd.  The original card was never received by the recipient so we ordered a reprint yesterday.
