New Tag Missing

Wierd,  embarrassed I posted a card that seems to be stuck in first position in my store, and has a "NEW" tag on it which was posted (i.e. approved)  on the 18th, Yet 35 NEW cards are after it (which should be in front of it) without the "NEW" tag and they were posted (i.e. approved)  on 21st and 22nd. Yes, I have the global setting for newest cards first on all cards.
 
Can someone fix this please?

Hi Lisa,
I suspect they may appear in order of ID# not date approved.
Just my guess.

Correct the "by newest" view will sort by product id number (highest to lowest).  Please let us know if there is still an issue to be looked at.

No unfortunately it still isnt resolved...
I just deleted the card, if someone wants it theyll let me know, and it will go in private sector instead next time.
 
I thought maybe that would also change the newest cards (that were approved) to now say "NEW" but it still doesnt. Why isnt the little "NEW" flashy working? they were just approved.
 
Also the reviewer is pushing thru wedding thank you's but not my wedding invites and receptions first, theyre sets, which i know eventually will work itself out but i find it annoying. Sad
