Custom card problem (Read 564 times)

Angela_134247 Gold Member artist Posts: 761	Custom card problem Mar 7^th, 2010, 2:30pm I had a customer order a custom card from me two months ago. I finished it, sent them the link, they never bought it. Now the customer contacted me and told me she couldn't get to the card... and when I click it in my private gallery it just sends me back to the store. Do custom cards expire?

Kathy_131728 Gold Member artist Posts: 610	Re: Custom card problem Reply #1 - Mar 7^th, 2010, 2:45pm Angela, I just went to look at your private gallery and did not see a way to get to it from your store. Have you enabled the Private Gallery in your store? To do so go to Store Layout and Content and check Private Gallery. This should work for you and cards stay in your private gallery once they are there. Good luck. Kathy
