I need some questions answered for a customer...

Hi, I received a custom request for 1500 cards, and the customer has some questions:

Hello- we want to order cards for our 10th year anniversary for xxxxxxxx- but would need to add logos too- can we print on the back of this card as well? Is there a maximum word count inside printing on left or right? THANK YOU!
