Hello !  
 
I receive many notifications by email from GCU ("You've made a sale on Greeting Card Universe"), but they are all the same cards from the same customer but with differents ID cards. It's not different sales, it's just a problem you know.  
 
Is there any solution to stop this please ?  Smiley
 
Now I got more than 30 emails and they are all the same.

Hello
 
I am getting double emails have been for quite a while now, but with that many.. wow, do you think the customer might have baught a load but customised each one? that could count for the load of mails and I think as each one would say something different it would sale differently... I don't know though just a thaught.

Maybe you could check your store report. It should tell you if it is 1 or 30 sold.

I went to Earning report and yes, I've sold 38 same cards. The customer have bought cards one by one. It's the first time it happened to me, now I know. Thank you Tanya and candace !

It looks like the customer placed over 30 orders for this card.  All of the cards are being mailed to different recipients.
