Also i have uploaded a card but it just said pending for about 2 days and now its disappeared and its not showing up on my store or anywhere .......

Hi Bradley
firstly welcome to GCU, I hope you will have great success here.
The way it works is you design and upload your card fronts and add inside verse (if applicable) here on the website, then when someone orders them GCU prints and posts them out and you get a commission for each card sold.
Hope that helps.
Karen

Hi Bradley
I`m not sure why that happened. You should get an mail explaining card status (approved, declined, resubmit etc). If you sign in to your account then click on manage cards (in the manage store link) there should be a drop down list on the left with various options to check your card status, if they don`t show up in any of these perhaps if you contact support someone can look into it for you.
Good luck.
Karen

Hi Bradley,

Cards can take up to a week to get approved currently.  The one you uploaded should be in your manage cards page if it truly was created properly.  Your manage cards page will show the status as approved or otherwise for all of your cards.

The wiki identifies all the image requirments under the GETTING STARTED and YOUR FIRST CARD sections.

We recommend you follow the wiki step-by-step to set up your store (first) and to understand your way around before you get too active creating cards.  You will find it will be less frustrating, as the system works very well once you understand the process.

Good luck!

Bradley, when you're logged in, go to your storefront. On the right side, you'll see three small text links - Artist's Choice, Newest, and Most Popular. Click "Newest" and you should see your card if it has been approved.
