Rosie, I am always forgetting to click the fast track too and I discovered a fast way to redo.... Just delete the card from the manage cards area, go back to create new card and click image. All the same info comes up as you first entered it. Just need to add category and click fast track! Of course, this won't work if you have created more cards right after entering the special request card. But, if you remember you forgot to fast track right after you posted card, it works.

I'm doing a special request for the first time. If this card isn't just right, I'll delete it. I hope everything goes well for Donna - it's very scary to go through testing and not know what the results will be. Her sister sounds like a wonderful person.
