I tried Holidays » St. Patrick's Day » Birthday on St. Patrick and Birthday » Holiday Birthdays » Birthday on St. Patrick's Day but they have all been returned saying they can not go there unless they say St. Patrick's on the front but no clue as to where I can put them

I don't think there is a rule that you have to front text at all, at least it is not mentioned in the rules in the wiki:

Having Holiday and HB text inside should be enough for those categories, and the same exact card should be able to go in both.
