re:  order number 240511 -  I ordered 18 cards on Monday and received an order confirmation @ 2:33 pm EST.  Now, over 40 hours later, I still have not received a shipping confirmation.  I paid a small fortune to have these cards sent overnight.  If overnight shipping is not really possible, it should not be offered. I am very disappointed in this.  If the cards were processed and shipped as ordered, they, by my understanding, should have shipped yesterday (Tuesday) for a Wednesday delivery.  If they haven't shipped yet, there's no reason for me to demand that the cards be at their destination today. I, like any other paying customer, will just have to take what I get, right?  Bad business if you ask me.  Please look into this and let me know ASAP when I can tell my vendor he can expect his VALENTINE'S DAY cards.  I realize this is in the hands of the "printing partner", but that "printing partner" is making GCU look bad - and by rote, passing on to me.  It's not just your name (GCU) on the card. Per our records you should have received these today.  Please confirm.  There was an issue at the printers that caused a 24 hour delay.  We agree this is not acceptable and are "discussing" this with them.   Our apologies for the delay and please let me know if this has caused you to lose your sale.
