Mardi Gras Help
Feb 6th, 2010, 8:34am

I am trying to categorize a "Mardi Gras 2010" card.  I go to Holidays>Mardi Gras, when I try to "Add" I get the following: "Please choose a more specific sub-category"...however, the only sub-category choice is "Non-English/Other Languages".  My card is in English.  Weird, isn't it?  Last year I didn't have this problem.  I can see my one Mardi Gras card in there.  What am I doing wrong?

There are a couple categories that have had this "lockout" issue once a subcategory was created.  The programmers will have to unlock it.  Did any of yours sell last year?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...thanks for the in put, Tom...nasty about the "lock-out" issue.  Grrrrrrrrrr

Only have 2 Mardi Gras cards (from last year).  Here are their stats:
#365075...3 clicks...0 sales
#364565...6 clicks...1 sale

I had that happen to me once- I went offline, then came back to try again through a new window and everything worked fine.

Tammy......
Thanks for the suggestion(logging off, coming back thru a new window) didn't work.  I even tried crossing my fingers and toes, spinning in circles 3x counterclockwise, doing a 58 year old happy dance, AND throwing salt over both my left and right shoulders...nope, nothing. cry

I guess the issue is, as Tom mentioned, that when a new sub-category is added, it just might lock the category.

At least I was able to add a Mardi Gras card Party Invitation. Roll Eyes  Guess I will have to wait until the programers fix the glitch.

Thanks anyway,
Linda

Just saw this, so sorry.  The category should be open for you now.
