large image/inside verse (Read 1116 times)

Sue_132963 Gold Member artist Posts: 1224	large image/inside verse Jan 30^th, 2010, 3:01pm This may just be a temporary glitch while you guys are working on something... but I thought you would like to know... I just finished a new card and when I went to look at the inside verse in the 'Large' format, (portrait)it showed me half of the left hand page/side and half of the right/page/verse/side. Thanks. Sue

If so, can you try going to the manage store page, then click the Edit link for that card and resave the card without making any changes. Please let me know if that corrects the issue. Shaun

For me, it is happening on every new card I upload. It's really a nuisance because I NEED the large image to be able to proof-read the inner verse-- which I cannot do now. Hope you can fix it. Hi Shaun...I just tested this issue with a brand new card ID 561340 (still pending-fast track request). I did everything as usual. When I tried to view the text in the Large View Mode, the same thing happened that Sue and Doreen experienced...split image (text area cut in half, not readable). I tried "going to the manage store page, then clicked the Edit link for that card and resaved the card without making any changes." That did not correct the issue. When I view the card in "regular" size (not large view), it is fine and dandy.

The font I used was Jokerman if that makes any difference.
