Trouble with fonts? (Read 531 times)

Gina_139917 GCU Newbies artist Posts: 21	Trouble with fonts? Jan 30^th, 2010, 1:36pm Anyone else having trouble getting all the fonts to work when creating a card? I'm having trouble getting Edwardian to work, as well as some others.

Hi Gina,

I'm not sure if this is the trouble you are experiencing, but in case it helps to know this...

Most of the fonts don't represent themselves accurately, if at all in the screen you create the text in...But if you choose Edwardian (its a small font so also choose 22 to start with) and then click the preview, the font you chose should show up correctly.

You are new to GCU so I didn't know if you knew about that glitch, one of the reasons text improvements on the inside of the cards is desired.

Reply #3 - Jan 31^st, 2010, 1:44pm Doreen is correct, although this is not really a glitch, most fonts won't show up on the inside of the cards until you save the changes. The reason for this is you may not have that specific font stored on your computer or your web browser may not support the font. Shaun
