Can someone help me out? Once an image is approved do subsequent cards still need to go through the review process?  If not, how do you re-use the image without going through the approval process?  Also, once the card is approved, does it stay on the "Manage your cards" page forever? If I delete approved cards from this page, will it delete it from my store?  Thanks everyone for your help. I really appreciate it!

You have to have each card approved, it's not just the image but the keywords and category are checked for each card so yes you need to submit for approval no matter if image has been approved once before. You can delete images from "create a card" once you have made the cards but don't delete from "manage cards"...you need them there, especially if you want to make any changes to them.
