I am a bit confused. I submitted some cards over a week ago. I just got one back from review. The status has not changed on the card...it is still pending. All it had was a comment... " Thank you for your patience. We are awaiting the addition of a new subcategory for this card". It is a graduation photo card. I put it in "Collections, Photo Card, Other", and "Announcement, Graduation".
 
I have 12 graduation photo cards.  
 
Does this comment mean that my cards will remain unapproved until someone creates a "graduation" sub-category for the Photo card category? If there is no appropriate sub-category, isn't that what "other" is for. Why wait to approve the cards?

Hi Sandra,
 
I understand that they want customers to have the easiest navigation. But for the time it took to send me the email with the comment on it, someone could have just added the sub-category and put my cards in it. I think they are doing extra work that is not necessary.
 
I hope that they do not create a new sub-category and then return my cards unapproved, telling me to resubmit into the new sub-category.

Well, now I am starting to wonder.
 
I submitted these cards 10 days ago. Now cards that I submitted 5 days after these ones are now approved. The poor cards that don't have their own Sub-cat are still in limbo. This is getting frustrating.
