Lisa -
Recreate it and check "waive approval" and "Private card," and it will be instantly approved.  Do not Fast Track it.  Then delete the original card.

Im not comfortable with that as i heard on previous posts that by doing that if the customer somehow disapproves with it after the order, then it costs me. I'll wait.
