To 'Fast Track' a card: Right below the two category selections, there is a box to check... Fast Track Review Card requested by a shopper, please review ASAP Just check that box and your card is on its way to the reviewers. Hope this helps! Penny

This specific request is for Photo Cards, a design where the artist will incorporate the shopper's digital photo into the design. We see your pending Year of the Tiger cards, which are not photo cards, but have gone ahead and reviewed them for you anyway.

PS It would be much easier if the fast track option was still available after uploading a card so that we could then go back and click on it...I often forget to click it at the time of creating a card and then it's too late to go back and do it....is there any reason why it is like that?

Hi Mindy

I'm a rank newby to GCU and have just uploaded a collection of Chinese New Years Cards last week for approval There is a total of 13 in the collection, a combination card of the year of the tiger and each chinese sign with an interpretation of the year ahead for each sign. the 13th card is just the year of the tiger. I see 2 have been approved as they have turned up in the store and I may have placed them in the wrong categories as there are several Chinese New Year loctions that I observed. will they all get approved or is that it? Can I re- do the upload locations (or fast track them after they are uploaded) if they are not in the right category. Is there any way to assess the best location for a card prior to uploading?

Hi Robin,

Welcome to GCU. I see 11 cards in your store now, a lot of cards are being uploaded and review times have sowed a bit. If your cards are showing pending then they are still in the queue to be seen. If you have made a mistake on one of your card it will show resubmit along with a note of what you should change.

As for a way to assess the best location for a card I can only offer that you look at the other cards in that category.

Thanks for your reply about my inquiries . Much appreciated . I think the cards have mostly showed up. a bit of a learning curve I guess . . .thanks for your help

I am submitting a collection of 12 Year of the year of the tiger photo cards for approval today as per a request for these. I will use the fast track option as you have indicated. Hope that will be alright.
