Adding Category to an Approved Card

Is there any way to add a category to a card once it is approved? Can it be resubmitted with changes? There are so many categories available - and so many continuing to be added, that I often find that I have missed assigning a card to an appropriate category after it has gone through the approval process. I fear that I may miss out on sales because of it undecided
