A couple of things.

First, I've been noticing some inconsistencies in the numbers listed with categories as shown in the image below.

Secondly, it seems there are cases where a category specific info note may be useful to shoppers. The page status bar would be a good spot for a info link. The link text could vary as well as the pop-up associated with it, such as:

For photo card categories: "Here's how Photo cards work" (step-by-step and examples)
For unique Holidays: "Learn more about this Holiday" (date, info, related categories, ...)
For seasonal categories with promos: "See Promos for these cards" (ie: DEC2DAYSHIP)

The info link would only show up on categories where some "context" would benefit the shopper.

Nah...no urinal bricks for you...they just see your name and say "Oh no, not another programing project'!
Your ideas and feedback are "state of the art", you are certainly a valued and appreciated member of this GCU growing and evolving team. I have always appreciated what you do, and if ...err...make that WHEN I need a good laugh during the day, I know that if I go to your site I will laugh and laugh, and get life back in perspective.

Speaking of which..
1)wonder if there have been any significant changes to the Edwardian Script...
2)curious to know if anyone other than myself has had issues finding a card using the GCU search engine if the card is private...is it just me on a mac?
There must be a better place to post these questions...I thought it would have been under GCU announcements, but I have been there and didn't see the original post.

Hi Linda -

I have a lot of respect for the GCU programmers. They have made a lot of great improvements that I believe have resulted in strong sales growth this year. I like how stable the site has been lately. (Are they on vacation? - -- kidding!)

I believe, by design, private cards are placed in a separate nonsearchable database for privacy reasons as many of the cards have private customer information on/in them. That said, GCU should answer this as it is a good question.
