Poetry Category? (moved into proper topic heading)

It might be nice to have some cards in a poetry category. So many of the other arts are represented at GCU, and our poets often get overlooked.

My idea would be that the Poems or Poetry category would include those cards with original verse by the card artist only and that the level of poetry exceed the normal greeting card and 'roses are red' type verse. This is the part that may be harder to define, but essential to make a line of separation between the two types for this purpose, otherwise all the cards might be found in the poetry category.

I am looking forward to thoughts and suggestions about this topic.

We'd be unlikely to add under as a subcategory like Humor under all major categories but would consider it as a Collection. The downside is you'll have to sacrifice one of your two categories for this new one.

For example:
Birthday >> Love / Romance
Birthday >> Flowers

would you give up one of these to add Collections >> Poems / Poetry?

Let me know if that's worth pursuing.

Got it, we've added Collections >> Poems / Poetry
http://www.greetingcarduniverse.com/Collections?cid=7341

and will have someone work on moving appropriate cards based on matching search terms (poem, poetry).
