That would work, except "Your Photo Here" in white with a white arrow is also on the face of the card...I don't think it would work very well.  Check out the card, Tom, it is in the beginning of my store.

I wonder if there have been other errors along these lines...I haven't noticed any showing up in the "cards just sold" area, but I don't spend a lot of time watching that area.  Unfortunate.

Linda, I guess what seems obvious to us isn't to the customer, sorry you have this to sort out
 
However, this has made me think of two things I am going to try do on these cards from now on.
 
I shall keep the 'Your photo here' in the actual space so that if they buy to paste their own photo on there it's not a problem.
 
Also, I shall change the 'your photo here' to something more instructive like 'I can put your photo here' but we are limited in space for this. (anyone else have any ideas, on this )
 
I do hope this gets caught before they go out, it is a lovely design and I think they loved the dog you have in there. If I were a customer I would think 'Your photo here' is only on screen and won't be on the actual card, it maybe one of those little tweaks we and GCU have to straighten out.

What's equally worrisome is all these cards are also on the non-GCU sites where there is no palette icon currently.  GCU is taking a bit of a risk ...
 
Perhaps these card buyers will realize they pulled a "duh" and not fret over a few dollars, or, (thinking positively) it might have them return to see what we really can do for them that is unique.

Yup, looks like an oversight as they purchased a combination of other animal related cards, mostly dogs, but no other "your photo goes here" cards.
 
We will contact the shopper to give them a heads up and either give them credits for 3 new cards or credit their method of payment for the 3 cards.
 
Maybe a new market for you Linda, let us know if you decide to make a "ready to order" version of this card.  Apparently someone likes it with your little dog.  We can offer the shopper 3 of that new version.
 
We have not yet seen any other un-customized photo cards ordered to date so, so far it's an isolated incident.  But we'll brainstorm on some possible solutions.
