After chatting with a friend today,  I asked if she had been to my store and seen my new cards.  She said she had, and that she had left some comments for me to read 2 weeks ago.  I was surprised and puzzled at the same that she had left something for me to read, because I keep a frequent check on my store, and am not aware of any comments having been lefl.  Hmmmm.  I am wondering just where I might find any comments, or is something technically wrong in my receiving communications from viewers, or in my undersanding of where to find responses from my viewers.  Very puzzled.

Hi Anne, welcome!
Checked your store: I think you need to change the color setting, I do not know if you choose "white" as text color, but where there should be text, there are white lines on yellow. (Look & Design - store colors)
Then, also in "store layout and content" check that you have ticked the boxes that allows testimonials etc....
Normally, when you get a testimonial, a message will appear when you log in and enter administrative settings. It asks you if you approve or want to delete the testimonial. Hope that helps.

Tom is correct, if your friend actually left reviews on specific cards, you'll find that under Manage Store>>Store Reports>>Card Reviews.
 
Barbara is also correct, if your friend left a comment, you have something a-miss with your color settings.  Do you see all the areas that appear as white stripes?  Those should have text in them, so you have a text setting that is in white and may be causing you not to see a store testimonial.
