Where is "add to favorites" on forum?

I don't see the option of adding a forum post to my favorites.  The "My Favorites" link is still there to access old forums I've favorited (full of good ideas!), but I can no longer add any new favorite forum posts.   cry Where did it go?  I hope it returns!

you may have reached your maximum number  of favorited wish is 15.  When you try to favorite, there should be a pop up message that says you have reached your maximum number of favorited.
