Hey everyone
Ok so I'm not a very active member, but I do occasionally order greeting cards of other artists through this site.
And recently, the people I sent those cards to, do not got my greeting cards at all (so greetingcarduniverse.com had to repost them).
I'm in fact still waiting for the response of the CGU support team in regard of the latest card I've sent to a friend of mine.
Sometimes my orders go through international shippings, and other times I send the card just to someone in U.S.  
 
So I was just wondering is this perhaps an incident?
Or are there other customers experiencing the same problem as of late?
And when I say "as of late", I mean in the last 3-4 months or so..
