I just noticed that you now have over 10,000 cards!   What really amazes me, though, is the quality of all your cards. I love browsing through your store and seeing all your unique and interesting artwork. Do you do anything besides create such wonderful cards? To top it all off, according to your Artist's Information, you did all this in less than 8 months!   Congratulations on all your hard work.

Thanks! I decided that my cards really needed to have a logo that better reflected their design inspiration. I had not even put the old logo on the back of my cards because I didn't think it was good enough. I finally sat down and made a better one from part of my banner and it did turn out well, if I do say so myself! Avis is partly to blame, too, with her new logo, along with a few others that have such nice ones that I was inspired to "upgrade" my old logo! Thanks again!

I'll admit I don't sleep much, but I never have... it used to drive my mother crazy.
 
I do a little more than create cards but until I got lazy and slowed down a few months ago I did put a lot of hours in. I tried to get the shoemaker's elves to come and help but they were busy with some long nosed puppet.
 
All in all, I create to share and I am pleased that there are those that enjoy my offerings.

P.S.  Speaking of Logos, I tried to make a banner for my store today. It was a total flop. I don't know if that's just not my thing or if it's because I haven't slept since night before last, but the creative juices are definitely not flowing.  
Many people have suggested I set up a photography website and one of the reasons I've put it off is because I am so not good at the whole "naming the business" and coming up with logos.  Crazy.  
 
Maybe after some sleep I'll have better luck...until then...no banners or logos on my store!  
 
You are all so creative I feel soooooo out of my league here. ha ha..it's fun though (that is...making cards is fun, not feeling out of my league!) ha ha

Thanks again all. 10,000 seems like such a large number when I think about it, and I had such a good time doing it.  I do love creating art and beauty.  
 
My regret is that there is no easy way to group some of my cards for a better user/browser experience, a way I could guide them through the store. I have found customers don't want to page through 350 pages to find all of the treasures, gee, who could imagine that? If I could say "here's my watercolors, my rattan oils, my digital art, my butterflies, my funny birthday cards....." I think some people would stay and browse for longer.
 
Some cards are best found by keywords, others need to be tripped over.  
 
I'm pleased to have a forum like GCU to present my art. They ship out a quality product with rich colors that presents my work in a way I am proud of.
 
My output on GCU will be dropping significantly as I continue to develop an free artist's community site where we can share creative materials we have developed.  Things like papers, tools and techniques. I hope it will make us all better and more productive artists.
