Review other shopkeepers

I know I have seen this somewhere.... there are 6 "reviews" listed on my manage store page.  Where can I find them?  Also, where can I make a review of someone else?  It's probably very obvious, I feel so obtuse!
Also, is there somewhere I could do a 'search' in the forum using keywords... i.e. in this case "reviews"?

Nan,
Look to the upper left of your store report page, see 'Store report' in red and see the list in blue below it. Click on card reviews to see messages others left.
To review another's, click on the 'speech bubble'  below the thumbnail image of the card.
