havent received 2 card orders  yet- need by f

i ordered 20 cards on July 15th - order number 134244 - I have not received it - clicked on the Fed Ex tracking number and it says  "not found"    9101805213907600798068 is the tracking number
 
 
i ordered 73 cards on July 18th ...  and paid extra for shipping so that it would be here in 2-3days....  I received a message today that it just got mailed today and it isnt expected to get here until the 23rd....
403757861528 is the tracking number
 
i ordered these last week and paid extra for quick shipping because I am going to a show this Friday evening....  
 
this has happened to me before - last time i had to cancel the show because the cards didnt come in time....  
 
i believe ordering  by the 15th and 18th and paying extra for shipping should have been plenty of time to get my cards here....
 
now i dont even know if the first order was even mailed because Fed Ex has no record but GCU's  "ORDER HISTORY' section says it was shipped.....
 
please let me know ASAP.... I lost out on a lot of money last time and even though you did help reimburse me some.....  that doesnt take in to account - the amount of money i would have made (therefore....lost) because i didnt show up....  that is not good for business (my business...that is)

Hi Louise,
 
It looks like your order for 73 cards is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (Thursday).  Since the order was placed on a Saturday it was mailed out this week.  I'm checking with our fulfillment partner to find out why it was mailed out Tuesday instead of Monday.  
 
With regard to your other order, we show that this was mailed out on Monday, the tracking number that you received is for the USPS, and not FedEx.  Sorry for the confusion.  The link in your order history is pointing to the wrong place.

I am still concerned....   I still have not received the 20card order... today is 22nd.... that was ordered on the 15th.
 
as for the bigger order that you said is scheduled for delivery tomorrow ---- why did I pay so much extra for shipping to have it here in 2days when - in fact, it is more like 5?
 
ii understand i ordered on the weekend... but tomorrow is Thursday.... that's not 2day service - which is what i paid for

standard shipping is typically 3 to 7 business days, so for the 20 card order we're still within that time period.  
 
for the 73 card order, it's currently scheduled to arrive 1 day later than expected since it shipped out Tuesday instead of Monday.  We can refund the expedited shipping charges that you paid for this order since you're scheduled to receive it Thursday instead of Wednesday.

I've been following this thread and it has me concerned.  If GCU does now offer expedited shipping it should in fact be that.   Also, 2 day shipping through the post office is NOT as definite as 2 days Fed Ex or even UPS.  I know that with where I live (. . . "yah cahn't get thar from heahr"), two days via the post office always means 3-4, but over night Fed Ex to my front door (the post office doesn't deliver to my house) is over night and 2 day UPS IS  2 day.  Shipping time is something VERY important to customers when ordering online.  (Not even necessarily how fast, but how accurate, so as to plan accordingly.)

I guess I will have to wait and see when both orders get here....  I actually didnt want to order 2 seperate times but the approval time has been slower lately and I was afraid to wait until the last bunch of cards was approved - that is why I ordered 2different shipments.
 
it is just going to be overwhelming for me... to get almost 100more cards ready for my show.... i put them in plastic, categorize them, i will have to re-organize the card racks, etc....   and trying to do all of this the night before i leave is going to be a lot....  
 
at this point i am just hoping they get here by tomorrow....(thursday)
 
Like I said - this happened last time and GCU was good about 'refunding' part of my money that time also....  i would just like to order things and not have to worry about .... "does 2 days really mean 2...etc"

I've been following the tracking for these orders and both indicate that they were delivered today, however if for some reason you didn't receive them please let me know.

I have received both orders of cards as of this evening.  Thank u Shaun for your support and assistance with this matter.
 
You mentioned reimbursing me for money spent on expedited orders......  card credits are ok with me ...  
 
I truly love this site and regardless of the mail times, wrong envelope sizes here and there.... or whatever the problem may be - I am always impressed that REAL people actually take the time to look into MY problems and help me resolve them.....
