Changing Images (Read 843 times)

cheryl_133782 Gold Member artist Posts: 1350	Changing Images Jul 14^th, 2009, 8:28pm When you change an image on an approved card or one that you've made but is still awaiting approval...how long does it take to reflect that change? I noticed that it is not immediate but just wondered if it was a few hours or the next day? Thanks Cheryl

The new image shows as I make the change but then when it goes back to "my cards" the old image is still showing and then if I reopen the card to edit the new one shows again but each time I go back to manage cards the old one is there....eventually a few hours later it show the new image. Well, at least it has for some of them...the others I assume will change eventually...just taking a bit longer.

Hi Cheryl,
That's what I have found, when you go back to 'my cards' page the old image still shows, but that's where I refresh or re-load the page and I find it usually works. I have heard others talk about images still being stored in the cache? Since my computer knowledge is very limited I found this old thread which touches upon this subject.
