card sales notification problem (Read 435 times)

Mary__137064 Gold Member artist Posts: 515	card sales notification problem Jul 10^th, 2009, 1:48pm A friend told me she bought several cards last Wednesday, but I have not received any notification which I read should be sent out within 24 hours, it is approaching 48. My friend is older, so it may be a senior moment and not a GCU technical error, so forgive us if that turns out to be the case. Thanks in advance, Bright

Hello Bright,
We don't show any card sales from Wednesday, if you would like to email me with the your friend's email address or their name I should be able to look into this a bit further to see what happened, my email is shaun@bigdates.com
