Dear GCU Tech Support,
I received a thank you card that was sent to me from New York which happened to be one of my own designs, and I noticed that on the back of the card my logo of Kontinental Kitties was distorted that is seriously elongated and I was a little embarrassed that it arrived appearing that way. I'm hoping that it was some sort of glitche in the programming, and that other recipients of my cards don't have this problem. It reflects on GCU's quality and on my logo as well. My logo appears correct in the 'manage back of card' setting, so I can only hope that any other cards purchased will be correctly printed throughout. Should I be worried?

Yes Shaun, I had the same problem, and no I haven't changed my logo recently...well, depends what you mean by recently, maybe a couple of months ago.

All five of them were like that, and it is a bit embarrassing, not so much with mine as probably I would notice it more than others might, but if you have a differnt look, it could be much worse.
I just hope it can be fixed soon...

Haven't changed it in a few months. It wasn't illegible, but it doesn't look the way it does in my avatar. It appears turned and stretched on the left side.

I just received my order of 5 cards, and am very disappointed with the BOC logo as well. cry

My logo is wider than it is tall (landscape) and it used to print perfectly, left to right. On this batch of cards, the width is the same as before, however, it was more than twice as tall (portrait), so the logo is stretched downward and distorted.
