This is unavoidable as "tartan" is a valid keyword for an image with tartan in it. And "day" is a very common term (ie: "have a great day") so you are correct, unfortunately, a keyword search for tartan and day produces a mixed bag:

The good news here is the 3 true Tartan Day cards appear high on the results page and are not buried.
