Chiming in on the subject:
I know Shaun just told us that we have some better options to organize OUR stores (haven't tried it yet) and that is all well and good. But customers are shopping the SITE. I know it is a much bigger job to get this "shopping tool" going, but I think that were that to happen (wish list: sooner than later) that organizing OUR stores would be able to "fall in line" with that.
As it is now with SOOOOO many categories, changing everyday, added to everyday, much of our own organization efforts (despite new tools there) it is still a bit of a cr_p shot. We're not even sure what we are organizing for

or what criteria we're going by.
I also think there should be some way to "mix-up" the viewing of card images (on the overall site sections) A "random" choice over "most popular" would be more effective. Shoppers are supposedly given a CHOICE of thousands of cards. They are not being able to see those choices: Most popular brings up the tried and true, most recent may have one wading through many similar images. And categories and keywords are not always compatible from what I've seen. A card may have all the keywords to show up somewhere but if it was one not allowed to be profiled it get pushed further back. And I agree: 2 or 3 pages on dial-up, maybe 4 or 5 pages on fast internet is the max the average shopper has patience for.
Know you all at "head quarters" are terribly busy with pricing changes, printers, listening to out major and minor concerns

. . . an overwhelming task.
Thanks for listening.
