We are pleased to officially announce a plan long in the making effective TODAY. We are now working with a new printing partner. All cards from ALL of our sites and NOW being printed with our new partner.
Rest assured quality is a priority and we believe you will be just as excited about the quality of your cards as you have been in the past. As a handful of artists have noticed the stock is a tab lighter but we feel just as good. We have been testing and tweaking card production for several months and will continually be making adjustments and improvements.
Here are some exciting things that we gain
1. Back of the Card (BOC) Artist Credits
These are a default value of the following 4 fields from your artist account:
Artist Name
Store Name
Store URL
Picture*
You can Manage your BOC Credits by turning elements on or off at:
Images & Cards >> Back of Card Credits Editor

*Please note the ideal image size for your Picture is 200 pixels x 200 pixels.
2. Support of Foreign Characters -some font specific exceptions may be made - image preview will indicate exceptions

4. Contact Address Book for shoppers

Other Changes Worth Noting:
1. All multiple quantity shipments will be FedEx ground which will be faster delivery and have tracking
2. All shipments will now come from Utah versus Northern California
3. No more Cardstore.com branding on back of card
4. Most BigDates Solutions sites will have the GreetingCardUniverse.com logo on back of card
5. Shoppers must now approve inside text customization before order is accepted (cut down on returned orders due to shopper errors/typos)

2. Orders auto routed to multiple printers across US and perhaps UK and Germany allowing faster delivery times and lower shipping charges.
As discussed, our new pricing and commission structure will go into effect on July 1st.
