Recently a few shoppers were not aware that the generic inside verse on the card they purchased would actually print.  Orders were received and unhappy customers were made  We have since resolved these issues to their satisfaction.
 
To make sure this does not happen in the future, we have removed such generic and instructional text from the inner verse field of existing cards and will not approve cards with inner verses like this in the future.
 
In a conservative effort to not remove valid inner verses we may have missed some.  If you use verses like these, please check your cards and make appropriate adjustments.
 
For example:  
"add your own message here"
"create your own personal message"
 
Although it is important for customers to know that they can change the inside verse they should not be required to do so in order to buy your card.
 
If you feel it is valuable to include a message to the shopper about the ability to add their own message, personalize the card or even give them a choice of verses, please put these notes in the Artist's Note field.
