Hello,
You can adjust the start and end date of your Earnings History.  This is a common mistake when comparing it to another number elsewhere.  The Quick Site stats show total numbers for your store, so you'll need to set a start date in your Earnings History that would display since you've joined GCU.
 
Give that a try and let us know if that doesn't make things equal.
