Sales Report for 1/8

Hi GCU,
I know you are working hard on trying to get the sales from 1/7 on our sales report, but I noticed that the sales I had on 1/8 also are not on my sales report this morning.  I don't know if I am alone with this problem or not, but I just thought ya'll would want to know.  Thanks for all the hard work ya'll are putting in to restore order and to increase business--it is appreciated!

Hi, Kathy---having the same concern.  My sale (yes, only one) on the 7th and one on the 8th are not showing either.  Hopefully this will be resolvd soon.  Should we send them the email of confirmed sale, (GCU)--or is this in their systerm somewhere?

My sales for both 1/7 and 1/8 are not on my sales report either, wonder if the sales I've had today 1/9 will appear ?

Good to know I am not alone on this problem.  I have not sent GCU any sales notifications yet, I thought I would just wait to hear what to do.  I suspect they will let us know if they need us to send something in.

Please do Kerra, it's horrible what's happened to the servers here which can take quite a while to regain, but I have faith it the GCU staff.
So hopefully everything will be back to normal within fair time Smiley

We are still working on the reports, but all of your sales are logged, so you won't miss out on any of your commissions.    Wink
 
We hope to have the reports updated by tomorrow morning.

YEAH!!!  Shaun, Mindy, Everyone on starr at GCU  Thank you for all your hard work.  My 9 missing sales from the 8th, reappeared on my sales report last night.  Thank you again.
