Am wondering ?

Before I go on Christmas holiday I wish to post this.
I have been wondering and not been able to find anything about this.

What is needed to be placed in the "GCU Picks" ?
Is there certain criterias which need to be met for this ?

I've seen many new ones and old ones featured there with one or more of their cards ... so I was wondering ?
